The CountryWide Service & Care program is our way of delivering on our promise of providing a standout customer experience while staying true to our “We Build Trust” philosophy. Our Service and Care Program is designed to educate and inform customers at every stage in the new home buying process because we believe that an informed customer is a happy customer.
CountryWide’s Sales Services - are instrumental during the preliminary stages of the home buying process. They are there to understand, guide and assess your needs as you make one of the most important buying decisions of your life. Whether you need assistance in selecting the home that’s right for you or have questions regarding financial obligations, warranty and maintenance procedures or the legal components of home ownership, our sales consultants will be there to provide you with the answers you’ll need to make the right decision for you and your family before your purchase transaction.
Once you’ve decided to purchase your new CountryWide Home, our Sales Service Consultants will register you into the CountryWide’s New Home Buyers Portal. This portal gives all of our buyers an opportunity to get acquainted with our company processes and procedures.
CountryWide Design Studio Services - Shortly after reviewing the portal, you will be invited to browse our 6500 sq. ft design studio where you’ll be able to touch and experience an exceptional range of products, installations and finishes prior to your official design appointment. With thousands of options to choose from, the CountryWide design studio browsing offering will give you and your family the necessary time and opportunity to plan and finish your home to your unique style and taste. Additionally, our design consultants will be on hand to help answer your general product and installation questions so that you can be better prepared to execute your options at your official design appointment.
CountryWide Customer Service – When your home is at the final stages of construction, a member of CountryWide’s Customer Services team will contact you to schedule your Pre-delivery Inspection. The purpose is to take you on a room-by-room orientation of your new home and to ensure that we have built it as specified. Customer service doesn't end after you move in. If anything's not quite right with your home, don't hesitate to call us and one of our Customer Care Specialists will make sure it gets fixed right away.
