Due to social distancing measures, our Presentation Centres are now open offering visitors a touchless experience. But, if you prefer, you can also choose to do everything online. For CountryWide homeowners living in their home, our Customer Care department is reachable by telephone or e-mail, but will only be addressing emergency service requests (e.g. gas leaks, water leaks). All other non-essential services will take place when the pandemic has stabilized. Please refer to Tarion’s website for more information on deadline periods.

For CountryWide homeowners who haven’t moved into their home, please note that an Unavoidable Delay Notice is in the process of being sent to you via registered mail (regular mail for international purchasers). An e-mail of this Notice will also be sent to the e-mail that we currently have on file.
