Creating Your Perfect Space at CountryWide Homes
Published on: August 2, 2011
At CountryWide Homes, creating a home that serves our customers well starts with a deep understanding of how our customer's lifestyles have changed over the years. How they lived yesterday is not reflective of how they'll live tomorrow. This knowledge and understanding allows CountryWide's internal architectural design team to lay out and design homes that are reflective of today's current needs and demands.
For example, the kitchen was once a separate, utilitarian space sequestered in the back of the house. Then over time, it moved closer to the family room where the TV became a mainstay. In the past, both these rooms were considered for family only and off limits to visiting company. Today, however, the lifestyle landscape is vastly different, and for this reason, a large portion of CountryWide's designs combine these rooms into one.
Now everything is out in the open in these great communal spaces where cooking, entertaining, rear decks and outdoor loggias have transformed the kitchen into part restaurant, part nightclub and part play room. As a result, this multi-functional space has now become the most used and therefore the most important area in today's CountryWide Homes. It's also become the first area that CountryWide homeowners want to upgrade because it tends to add the greatest real estate value to their home but it' s also become the ultimate lifestyle status symbol.
CountryWide has several model homes for you to see first-hand and to discover for yourself the passion, quality, innovation and craftsmanship that goes into each and every CountryWide home.
