Ontario is a wonderful place to live, and within it are many beautiful cities worthy for you to call home. This province houses 9 of the top 10 places to live in Canada, and it's easy to understand why. We love it here and we’d like to share the best cities to live in Ontario in 2020

In 2019, Maclean's "Canada's best communities" list compared 415 communities across Canada. It examined them in the categories of wealth and economy, affordability, population growth, taxes, commute, crime, weather, access to health care, amenities and culture.

Burlington placed first with amenities listed as it’s best feature. Grimsby, Ottawa, Oakville, and New Tecumseth rounded out the top five cities.

Outstanding Oakville, Ontario

Maclean's notes that Oakville’s top three features are its amenities, low crime rate, and culture and community. In 2018, MoneySense Magazine voted it Canada’s best place to live, citing multiple reasons why.

Oakville's close proximity to Toronto is very important to residents as well as its distance, which enables them to enjoy both a big city and small-town life simultaneously. Homes here are beautiful and unique, offering a welcoming feel as you enter the community.

Not only is Aurora well connected and features top schools, but it's also a place filled with recreation and fun. Enjoy outdoor trails, skate parks, soccer fields, galleries, theatres, and more. Have a lovely home that's close to it all when you choose this town.
