CountryWide Homes has just released a series of energy efficient singles nestled amongst lush green nature at their popular Woodland Hills community in Newmarket. The much-anticipated final release event had over 700 people attending the grand opening. Cappuccinos were flowing, courtesy of Countrywide, and so was the traffic in the sales centre. Interested buyers had a lot to choose from.

The final phase of private enclave lots features walkouts, lookouts, ravine and court lots.

As for the models, there are 11 in total ranging in size from 1750 sq. ft. to over 3,000 square feet on lot sizes of 36' and 45' starting in the mid $500's.

The homes have impressive features such as 9 foot ceilings, upgraded baseboards, pre-finished hardwood on the main floor and imported ceramic tiles in the bathrooms.

The community is close to all of the amenities a growing family could ever want. Public and Catholic elementary and high schools are located in the area as well as one of York region’s best hospitals – SouthLake Regional Health Centre.

Fabulous shopping and entertainment along Yonge St., including Upper Canada Mall, will fulfill all of your shopping needs. Restaurants like Moxie’s, The Keg, Pickle Barrel and Milestone’s are all located close by. The acclaimed Magna Centre recreational complex as well as the Holland River Walkway trail system, along with the many arenas and community centres in Newmarket, will keep the family fit.

Woodland Hills is located off Bathurst just north of Davis Drive and is close to highway 400 and 404, as well as Yonge street. For those interested in public transit, Newmarket Go Station, York Region Transit and VIVA bus all service the local community and make your commute easy.
